We have an extremely thorough screening process. Income verification, landlord verification, employment verification, background check, and credit check. We communicate with all applicants, verify this information, and present it to the landlord for approval. We utilize our independent screening process which is compliant with all Fair Housing Requirements.

Rent Collection

We handle all rent collection so we have an accurate ledger for you to monitor your income accurately and in real time. We use a program that the tenant will have access to making rent payments via credit card, debit card, cash or ACH. We take care of notifying the tenant prior to rent being due as a reminder, and will also reach out to them with formal notices if they are late.

Maintenance

We conduct inspections upon move-in and move-out that include documentation of the property’s condition and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. Your tenants will have 24/7 access to submitting repair requests so that minor problems don’t turn into major repairs.

Financial Reporting
