Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, your security deposit is refundable so long as you leave the home in the condition it was in when you moved in. -
Who needs a cosigner?
You may need a cosigner if your credit history is not strong enough to sign on your own. -

How do I pay rent?
Paying rent is easy through your Tenant Portal via electronic transfer or credit card. A service charge will apply to credit card payments. We encourage you to use our Autopay feature. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Many of our rental units allow pets with a pet fee added to your rent. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Give us a call. In many cases we can re-work your lease. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
While we are sad to see you leave, moving out is easy with our online Tenant Portal. Just let us know through your Portal and we’ll take care of the rest. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Unless the damage is a direct result of your negligence or abuse, the repairs and maintenance costs generally belong to the landlord.
